"Why start a blog?" You may ask.
Well, after joining the British Army, I began to forsee the many great adventures that I would have in the trenches. So instead of having to wait to return home to tell my family and my friends of the experiences I've had and am going to have; I decided to make a blog.
I was posted under Dennis in the trenches.
You would think I would be surprised but I actually asked uncle for a favor.
The trenches are amazing. It stretches for miles over sort of a plain. You can even the the Very lights being fired off from either side; they look like green lights bobbing up and down. It seems somehow, romantic in a way.
When I entered the trenches, Dennis wasn't there. Instead, there was an officer named Osborne.
He's nice chap. He warned me that Dennis was not the same person as he once was.
Then Dennis and Trotter arrived. Well, I do admit meeting Dennis was slightly awkward.
I then followed Trotter to duty through the trenches- for experience I guess.
Jimmy.
